Holy Qurbono at Dayaro Cathedral. Metropolitans Their Graces Mor
Dionysius Geevarghese, Mor Theodosius Mathews, Mor Milithios Yuhanon,
Mor Athanasius Geevarghese and other metropolitans, Cor Episcopas from
Syria and Malankara, Monks from Syria and Malankara, Priests from
Syria and Malankara, Deacons assisted. Thousands of faithful attended.
Earlier in the morning, the Senior most Metropolitan of Universal
Syriac Orthodox Church, His Eminence Mor Dionysius Behnan Jajawi
celebrated Holy Qurbono at Dayaro at 3.00 AM, assisted by Metropolitan
Mor Osthatheos Matta Rohum, monks, priests and deacons.
Later Metropolitans offered Dhoopa Prarthana at the Holy Tomb of St.
Ignatius Elias. Thousands offered their prayers at the Holy Tomb.
Government of Kerala had declared the environs as Festival Area.
